About Me
I’ve been a web designer/front end developer/UX Designer for over a dozen years and have worked as a freelancer, in startups, small businesses, agencies and formal Agile enterprise environments.
Recently, I’ve been designing for component based systems, seeking to utilize my background to bridge the gap between UX Design and Development using tools such as Figma, Tailwind, Vue and Nuxt to increase the efficiency, velocity and accuracy of the creative process. I’m also quite interested in Conversational Design as I believe almost all interactions can be broken down in the end into a dialogue between users and the systems they interact with.
My goal is to remove many of the pain points we encounter each day in our lives and make things better bit by bit. I've also run SCWDD.org which is one of the larger tech groups in Southern California. I’ve hosted and organized a few UX based events for the group as well and have been Chair for the local chapter of the UXPA. You can view my LinkedIn page here.
